Senior Analyst (Capital Markets & Corporate Development)

• Identifying, evaluating, and executing M&A, strategic investments, debt and equity capital raises, and strategic partnerships.
• Leading financial modeling, valuation analysis, capital structure analysis, and due diligence for M&A transactions, strategic investments, and debt and equity financing activities.
• Tracking industry trends, competitive dynamics, capital markets, and potential market opportunities to inform corporate development and financing strategy.
• Deep interest in AI, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technology trends—prior experience in the machine learning or GPU computing space is a strong plus
• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit, or venture capital, ideally with a focus on AI, cloud infrastructure, debt capital markets, and/or restructuring
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing multiple complex projects
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities, with experience presenting to executives and external stakeholders
• Strong financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills: specifically, experience building company models, merger models, or project finance / debt financing
• Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize market data into actionable insights and drive high-impact decisions
