About The Role

Join our team as a Product Manager for our Workforce Management platform, HotSchedules. In this individual contributor role, you will own and deliver high-impact initiatives, translate operational customer pain points into scalable product solutions, and prioritize and manage a clear backlog aligned to business KPIs. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Customer teams to deliver features on a predictable cadence. This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level to early-senior Product Manager with experience in SaaS or enterprise software, operational platforms, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Collaborate with the Director of Product to translate the product vision and strategy into clear, actionable roadmaps, and prioritize and manage a clear backlog aligned to business KPIs.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Customer teams to deliver features on a predictable cadence, and support enhancements across both legacy and growth initiatives while maintaining roadmap discipline.
  • Define success metrics at feature inception, track adoption, usage patterns, and KPI impact post-launch, and drive iteration based on measurable performance.
  • SaaS or enterprise software
  • Agile product development with clear sprint discipline
  • Operational platforms (hospitality tech, retail systems, inventory, supply chain, or forecasting tools)
  • Integration-heavy environments
  • We are targeting mid-level to early-senior Product Managers (4–7 years experience) who have experience in:
  • Experience shipping features tied to measurable operational or business KPIs
  • A default towards execution clarity over ambiguous scope
  • Demonstrated backlog ownership within a defined product surface area
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Data teams
  • Comfort navigating legacy constraints while driving incremental modernization
  • Strong analytical thinking and user-first problem solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Experience with forecasting, automation, or AI-enabled tools is a plus
  • Experience in hospitality, workforce management, retail, or operational systems is strongly preferred
  • 4+ years in Product Management within SaaS or enterprise software
