2nd Line IT Engineer (IT Operations)

Join Fuse, a fast-paced energy technology company, as a 2nd Line IT Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day technical environment across two office locations, ensuring the reliability of our applications, infrastructure, and end-user hardware. You will work closely with the wider IT and engineering teams to operate, automate, and grow our IT environment. The ideal candidate will have proven 2nd line IT experience, a strong grasp of core networking, AWS cloud experience, and good debugging skills.

• Gérer l'environnement technique quotidien dans deux bureaux, en veillant à ce que les applications, l'infrastructure et le matériel fonctionnent de manière fiable.
• Administrer les applications SaaS, y compris Google Workspace, Iru, Revolut People, Linear, et utiliser des outils d'IA pour automatiser les tâches manuelles.
• Fournir un support informatique de 2e ligne et aider à l'intégration et à la sortie du personnel.
• Proven 2nd line IT experience
• Strong grasp of core networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi)
• AWS cloud experience or cloud certifications
• Experience working in a fast moving SaaS based IT environment
• Good debugging skills and willingness to pick up unfamiliar tasks
• Scripting ability in one or more languages, (Python, Bash etc)
• Confident supporting end-user hardware (Windows/macOS)
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable owning issues end-to-end, from Google Workspace to a firewall policy change
• Networking or security certifications (e.g. CCNP, Fortinet NSE)
