About The Role

Join Fuse, a company dedicated to making energy abundant. As a Product Designer, you will create best-in-class products and experiences, including mobile and web apps, physical and digital experiences, and brand expression. You will work directly with the CEO and collaborate with engineering, trading, and operations. This is an opportunity to shape the entire design roadmap and make a significant impact in the renewable energy sector.

Designing best-in-class products and experiences that make energy abundant, including mobile and web apps that reward users for controlling their usage.
Defining Fuse's visual language across web, mobile, motion, and physical products, and shaping the entire roadmap as an early design hire.
Collaborating with a small team of designers and working directly with the CEO to create great experiences, bridging visual, motion, 3D, product, and web design.
Bonus: Motion graphics, 3D (C4D, Spline), copywriting or code
Figma expert (non-negotiable)
Excellent written communication skills
Strong craft across typography, colour, composition and UX
You translate complex systems into interfaces that have have a logical, modular and re-usable structure that just makes sense
5+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products
A track record of working end-to-end from initial vision and discovery through to design execution
