Implementation Consultant

Join OpenUp as an Implementation Consultant, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a successful onboarding experience. You'll facilitate onboarding sessions, engage with executive sponsors, and guide users through the onboarding process. This role will progress to a Customer Success Consultant after six months. • Facilitate onboarding sessions for HR users, leadership teams, and general users, dedicating 8 to 12 hours per customer.
• Identify and engage with executive sponsors for each account, fostering strong relationships.
• Guide users through the onboarding process and address any questions or concerns they might have.
• You should be passionate about mental well-being and possess a unique blend of interpersonal skills, technical savvy, and a customer-first mindset
• Familiarity with project management principles and organizational skills to coordinate engagement initiatives effectively
• Fluency in English and Dutch
• Familiarity with customer success metrics, including NPS and engagement indicators
• Experience owning a project from A to Z
• A keen interest in or experience with mental health advocacy, especially within workplace settings
• Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
