About The Role
Join IQGeo, a leading provider of AI-powered geospatial solutions for the infrastructure sector. As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between our technology and global customers, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of our solutions. You will work closely with project managers, solution architects, and clients to understand requirements, translate business needs into clear solutions, and support implementation across complex customer environments. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex AI-driven projects and see your work directly deployed at scale with customers.

- **Essential Skills & Experience**
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in a Business Analyst, Consultant, or similar role
- Strong ability to gather and translate business requirements into clear outputs
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working on software implementation or integration projects
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
**Preferred Experience**
- Experience working in client-facing environments
- Exposure to technical systems, APIs, or software integrations (not hands-on development)
- Experience in telecoms, utilities, or infrastructure sectors
- Understanding of change management and user adoption
**Education & Qualifications**
- 2-5 years experience in Business Analysis, Consulting or related role
- Degree in Business, Technology or related discipline
