You will act as the bridge between our technology and our customers, ensuring successful integration and adoption of our AI-powered tools. • Lead the implementation process of AI solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and advocating for their success.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to manage IT integrations and ensure seamless integration of software with client systems.

**What You’ll Bring**

Essential skills & experience

• Native or Fluent in English
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Technical proficiency in integration and software implementation.
• Proactive approach to understanding client needs and driving successful outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of the telecommunications industry, including understanding network infrastructure, key players, and regulatory environment, is a plus.
• Proven success managing cross-functional initiatives, balancing multiple priorities, and driving outcomes that are valuable for the client.
• Proficiency in German or knowledge of German professional culture is a plus.

**Education & Qualifications**

• 4+ years in project management, implementation, or technical consulting in the Enterprise B2B sector.
• Graduate degree in business organisation or strategy. A certification Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
