About The Role
Join Tympa Health Technologies Limited as a Business Development Representative. In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for achieving revenue goals in the small and medium-sized segment, driving revenue growth and market penetration. You will build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the pharmacy, care home, optical, and audiology segments, respond to inbound sales inquiries, and proactively prospect outbound to generate and develop a strong pipeline. You will also collaborate with other departments, provide regular updates on sales performance, and develop a strong understanding of the ear and hearing healthcare industry. - Achieving revenue goals in the small and medium-sized segment while driving revenue growth and market penetration for Tympa Health Technologies Limited.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in the Pharmacy, Care Home, Optical and Audiology segments, and progressing opportunities from identification to deal closure.
- Collaborating with other departments within the Company, such as product development and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing success.
- You are experienced in selling to SME customers in medical device or other healthcare sales with a proven demonstrable track record of success
- You are a highly versatile, energetic individual who is detail and task orientated. You should have an entrepreneurial spirit, be practical with a positive can-do mentality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in b2b sales
- You will be able to personally develop, maintain and expand our market presence and be involved with exciting and impactful campaigns. You have:
- Familiarity with ear and hearing health technology and the healthcare industry
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in using sale methodologies such as BANT or MEDDIC
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or have the equivalent from professional experience
- Willingness to travel 20% or more domestically in pursuit of opportunities; and
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms; and
- Experience in healthcare technology sales
- Experience in SaaS sales
