Member of Technical Staff (Voice Product)

Join the Grok Voice Product team as a Member of Technical Staff. In this role, you will design, build, and ship voice features across all platforms and product surfaces. You will collaborate with various teams, own backend engineering for scalable voice infrastructure, and drive performance and reliability of voice interactions. • Design, build, and ship voice features across all surfaces, collaborating with various product groups.
• Own backend engineering for scalable, low-latency voice infrastructure and model integrations.
• Drive performance, reliability, and quality of voice interactions at global scale, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Deep interest in voice/audio AI
• Strong generalist engineer with backend focus
• The ability to work across all product groups and do whatever it takes for best user experience
• Proficiency in Python or Rust, with a strong track record of writing clean, efficient, maintainable, and scalable code
• Hands-on experience shipping features on iOS and/or Android
• Background in AI-driven consumer products or media generation technologies
• Track record collaborating across engineering, research, and product teams to ship delightful features quickly
