Required Degree

• Bachelor's degree in music required; Master's degree in music preferred.
• The required degree must be completed by the start date.

Experience

Prior experience teaching applied voice lessons to college-aged students required.

Duties/Expectations

• Teaching Music 160R: Classical Voice
• A firm commitment to the mission of BYU
• Serve as an excellent role model for students
• Possess a solid understanding of vocal function in both male and female singers
• Teach lessons in an efficient and focused manner
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills
• Respond to emails with students and colleagues promptly
