Member of Technical Staff (Recommendation Systems)

Join xAI, a cutting-edge AI research company, as a Member of Technical Staff specializing in recommendation systems. In this hands-on role, you will design and architect recommendation algorithms, leverage xAI's infrastructure and AI stacks, and continuously improve the algorithm through real-time user feedback. You will have the opportunity to make a real-world impact by enhancing the user experience on the X platform, which is used by approximately 600 million monthly users.

• All engineers and researchers are expected to have strong communication skills. They should be able to concisely and accurately share knowledge with their teammates
• Skilled in one or more DL software frameworks such as JAX or PyTorch
• Exceptional candidates may be experienced in writing CUDA kernels
• Experienced in implementing recommender systems and/or deep learning applications at industrial scale
• Knowledge of data infrastructure like Kafka, Clickhouse, and Spark
