Paralegal (Commercial & Corporate)

Join our in-house legal department as a Paralegal (Commercial & Corporate). In this role, you will provide critical support across various areas, including contracts, corporate governance, compliance, and intellectual property. You will assist with drafting legal documents, managing compliance for agreements, supporting corporate governance, and streamlining legal operations. • Assister à la rédaction de documents juridiques, de contrats, d'accords et d'autres documents juridiques.
• Gérer la conformité des accords commerciaux et d'entreprise, et soutenir la gouvernance d'entreprise.
• Travailler en collaboration avec d'autres départements pour développer et mettre en œuvre des processus visant à rationaliser les opérations juridiques.

• Notary registration or a strong interest in obtaining certification is desirable

• Bachelor’s degree required
