About The Role

Join Bazaarvoice as a Marketing Manager for the UKI region. In this high-ownership role, you will shape and execute the regional marketing strategy, drive measurable impact across pipeline, revenue, acquisition, retention, and customer growth. You will work closely with sales leadership and the wider global marketing organization to ensure alignment with business goals and accountability for performance. This is not a brand-only or campaign-delivery role; it requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and effective collaboration across global and regional teams.

  • Own and drive the regional marketing strategy for the UKI business, translating business goals into a clear go-to-market plan.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to identify priorities, define the regional plan, and deliver integrated marketing programmes that support both new business acquisition and growth within existing customers.
  • Build and execute integrated campaigns across the full funnel, spanning awareness, demand creation, pipeline acceleration, customer retention, and expansion.
  • Able to operate across multiple channels and programme types, with sound judgement on how to build the right mix for market needs and commercial return
  • Hands-on experience with core marketing and revenue technology, such as Marketo, Salesforce, and reporting platforms
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and cross-functional revenue teams in a highly collaborative environment
  • 5-8+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, with strong experience in regional marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing roles within SaaS or high-growth technology businesses
  • Strong knowledge of the UKI market; familiarity with Nordic markets would be useful but does not need to define the role unless you want it to
  • Comfortable using data to shape strategy, optimise performance, and communicate impact to senior stakeholders
  • Confident owning both acquisition and retention marketing activity, with a clear understanding of the full buyer and customer lifecycle
  • Proven experience building and executing marketing plans that drive pipeline, revenue contribution, and measurable business outcomes
  • Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to align marketing strategy tightly to sales priorities and business growth goals
  • Full authorisation to work in the UK without restriction
  • High ownership mentality, strong pace, and willingness to get into the detail when needed
  • Fluency in English required
