About The Role

Join our team as an Account Manager, where you will be the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. You will manage multiple projects across omnichannel digital campaigns, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure high levels of satisfaction. You will also own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, monitor campaign performance, and identify opportunities for account growth.   • Act as the primary point of contact between clients/agencies and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination and successful delivery of campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects across omnichannel digital campaigns, including OLV, Display, and CTV, ensuring high-quality execution and consistent communication.
  • Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with clients with a key focus on retention, and consistently identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services.
  • Ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate it into clear, insight-led recommendations and client-ready presentations (PCA decks)
  • Experience using programmatic platforms (DSPs/SSPs) for campaign delivery and reporting
  • Experience using CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce
  • Experience using data visualisation platforms like Tableau (or similar)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides for reporting and presentations)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in client-facing situations
  • Experience supporting or managing omnichannel campaigns across digital channels (e.g. display, online video, and rich media formats)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and internal stakeholders simultaneously
  • A good understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including media types and buys
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with competing priorities
  • 1-2+ years of experience in account management and/or client services, preferably within a media, advertising, or agency environment
