V.I.E. - 12 months - Infra & Energy Finance F/M - Madrid

Join Natixis, a leading financial services firm, as a V.I.E. in Madrid. In this 12-month position, you will assist the Madrid team in financing transactions across various infrastructure sectors, including renewables, telecom, transport, and PPP. Your responsibilities will include structuring project finance transactions, drafting credit applications, analyzing projects and sponsors, reviewing financing terms, coordinating due diligence, preparing pitch books, and participating in the syndication process. Strong analytical skills, financial modeling abilities, and fluency in English are required.

• Assister l'équipe de Natixis Madrid dans le financement de transactions dans tous les secteurs d'infrastructure.
• Structurer des transactions de financement de projet : modélisation financière, analyse de la bancabilité et préparation de dossiers.
• Rédiger et traiter des demandes de crédit en coordination avec les équipes internes.

• You have strong analytical skills.
• You have strong modelling capacities.
• You are at ease with drafting of credit applications.
• You have very good capacity of synthesis and writing (in English).
• You know how to carry out a detailed financial analysis.
• And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.

• French or European citizens;
• Between 18 and 28 years old;
• To be from a country other than the host country;
• Graduated.
