(EN/FR) Robotic Application Engineer

Join our team as a Robotic Application Engineer, where you'll work at the intersection of AI, robotics, and industrial operations. Your mission will be to continuously improve the performance of our robots in real-world environments. You'll collaborate with our AI team, investigate failures, deploy and optimize robotic systems, and develop internal tools. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and make a real impact in the industry.

• Collaborer avec l'équipe d'IA pour valider de nouvelles capacités et améliorer le comportement des robots.
• Enquêter sur les pannes et concevoir des solutions pour améliorer la robustesse, la fiabilité et les performances des robots.
• Déployer, mettre en service et optimiser les systèmes robotiques chez les clients à travers l'Europe.

### Must-Have

• Strong Python skills
• Good robotics fundamentals
• Comfortable working with physical robots, especially robotic arms
• Able to debug hardware and software
• Fluent English
• Willing to travel regularly across Europe

### Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with robotic manipulators
• Ability to work on the low-level
• Exposure to AI for robotics (Imitation Learning, VLAs etc)
• Experience deploying robotic systems
• Experience in motion planning assisted with cameras
• Curiosity and a builder mindset
• Optional language: French, German
