About The Role

Join NexHealth, a healthcare technology company, as an Engineering Manager for the Synchronizer Core. In this role, you will lead the development of a native, real-time, bidirectional synchronization system between various EHR systems and NexHealth's central database. You will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team, raising the bar on engineering excellence, driving platform strategy, leading cross-team execution, and fostering a strong engineering culture.   • Lead the development of the Sync Core, providing native, real-time, bidirectional synchronization between EHR systems and NexHealth’s central database.
  • Build and develop a high-performing engineering team, hiring exceptional engineers and supporting their long-term growth through mentorship and coaching.
  • Drive platform strategy by partnering with engineering and product leadership to shape and execute long-term platform roadmaps, including the next-generation Synchronizer API.

  • Strong judgment in balancing engineering velocity with long-term technical quality
  • A proven track record of coaching, developing, and supporting both engineers and managers
  • 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including managing managers
  • Deep experience delivering complex, large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems
  • Strong ownership and initiative, especially in ambiguous and evolving contexts
  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
