Join Carbometrix, a startup focused on sustainability and decarbonization strategies. As the CEO's right hand, you will support the co-founders on strategic and business development topics, conduct market studies, and assist with operational tasks. You will also work closely with the sales, marketing, product, and consulting teams on various projects. • Assister les co-fondateurs dans le développement stratégique et commercial de l'entreprise, y compris la surveillance des comptes stratégiques et la participation aux réunions stratégiques.
• Contribuer à des projets transversaux et au développement commercial en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de vente, de marketing, de produit et de conseil.
• Maintenir et améliorer les matériaux de vente, optimiser notre CRM (Hubspot) et analyser les données sur les métriques de vente.
• You are a native French speaker and you have an excellent level of English (read, written, spoken).
• You have a higher education degree, from a top-tier engineering or business school.
• You are very motivated to work on sustainability topics and interested to learn more about private markets dynamics and their decarbonization strategies.
• You have solid data analysis skills, comfortable manipulating data (Excel, CRM...) and turning it into actionable insights.
• You are rigorous, analytical, proactive, and autonomous, you take ownership quickly, learn fast, and welcome feedback.
• A previous experience in a startup and/or in business development is not a must have but will be appreciated.
