Accounting Manager

Join Netradyne, a fast-growing hardware-enabled SaaS business, as a hands-on Accounting Manager. In this builder's role, you will establish SOPs, close processes, and ERP and AI-driven automation to support our accounting function's growth and future global expansion. You will manage inventory, contract assets, prepaids, and operating expenses, and collaborate closely with various departments across the US and India. Additionally, you will lead automation efforts, standardize transaction processes, and support external audits and compliance.

• Own end-to-end inventory accounting across the device lifecycle, including procurement, trial movements, RMAs, 3PL transfers, and customer deployment.
• Establish and maintain strong controls across all owned accounts, and partner with Supply Chain and Business Operations on accurate, timely asset tracking.
• Lead automation of inventory movements within NetSuite, partnering closely with Business Systems, and design and implement scalable integrations between source systems and NetSuite.
• Hands-on experience building or owning an inventory ERP integration; NetSuite and Salesforce strongly preferred
• Strong inventory and operational accounting fundamentals, including 3PL and RMA flows
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, including ~4 years in Big 4 public accounting and 1+ years in industry
• Demonstrated ability to build processes, controls, and reporting from the ground up
• Experience supporting hardware or device-based businesses preferred
• Track record of successfully deploying AI or automation tooling that drove measurable process improvement
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required
