About The Role

You will work closely with cross-functional partners, maintain and improve the internal knowledge base, and support content operations. - Content operations
- Content modeling or structured content
- Taxonomy or metadata
- Experience supporting content governance, publishing workflows, or documentation processes
- Knowledge management systems
- Comfortable managing multiple content initiatives while balancing quality and speed
- Technical documentation
- 3+ years of experience in content design, technical writing, content operations, knowledge management, documentation, or a related field
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Experience editing or managing documentation created by multiple contributors
- Experience working with content management systems, documentation platforms, or knowledge bases
- Familiarity with one or more of the following:
- Interest in improving how structured knowledge supports search, automation, and AI-enabled experiences
- Continuous improvement — You're naturally curious and regularly identify opportunities to improve documentation, authoring workflows, and content organization
- Organization and attention to detail — You enjoy organizing complex information and have a strong eye for consistency, clarity, and accuracy
