You will work closely with cross-functional partners, maintain and improve the internal knowledge base, and support content operations.   • Taxonomy or metadata
  • Experience supporting content governance, publishing workflows, or documentation processes
  • Knowledge management systems
  • Comfortable managing multiple content initiatives while balancing quality and speed
  • Technical documentation
  • 3+ years of experience in content design, technical writing, content operations, knowledge management, documentation, or a related field
  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
  • Experience editing or managing documentation created by multiple contributors
  • Experience working with content management systems, documentation platforms, or knowledge bases
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following:
  • Interest in improving how structured knowledge supports search, automation, and AI-enabled experiences
  • Continuous improvement — You're naturally curious and regularly identify opportunities to improve documentation, authoring workflows, and content organization
  • Organization and attention to detail — You enjoy organizing complex information and have a strong eye for consistency, clarity, and accuracy
