Product Manager (Time)

Join Justworks, a leading HR technology platform, as a Product Manager in the Time mission team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the strategy and roadmap for key Time initiatives, managing workforce time, and ensuring compliance and productivity. • Minimum of 2 years of product management experience in a modern technology business or equivalent experience in software engineering, data science, or business analytics
• A willingness to deeply understand the fundamentals of our business model and prioritize your own education and development through interviews with coworkers, customers and prospects
• Prior experience working in a highly regulated domain (e.g. fintech or healthcare) is a plus
• Excellent persuasion and advocacy skills, using clear frameworks, story-telling and first-principles reasoning
