About The Role
Join Justworks as a Revenue Readiness Partner, where you'll be responsible for preparing customer-facing teams to successfully launch new products and go-to-market strategies. You'll work closely with various departments, including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure frontline teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills.
- Own readiness planning and execution for assigned product domains, strategic initiatives, and go-to-market motions.
- Develop deep expertise in assigned products, customer workflows, competitive positioning, and GTM motions.
- Continuously evolve how enablement is delivered by leveraging AI, automation, digital learning, and just-in-time knowledge systems.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving ambiguous problems, and are energized by partnering across the business to help customer-facing teams succeed

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience facilitating workshops, executive presentations, or enablement programs
- Experience supporting SaaS, HR technology, or other high-growth B2B organizations preferred
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring adoption, business outcomes, and enablement effectiveness
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience leveraging AI tools, digital learning platforms, knowledge management systems, or enablement technologies to improve productivity and learning experiences
- Demonstrated ability to build strategic enablement programs—including communications, playbooks, launch strategies, manager reinforcement, and field activation—not just training
- Experience partnering with Product Management, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
- Experience leading or supporting cross-functional product launches, go-to-market initiatives, or field readiness programs
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of SaaS go-to-market motions, customer journeys, and product commercialization
- Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- 4–6 years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, GTM Enablement, Learning & Development, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, or a related role supporting customer-facing organizations
