Senior Product Manager (Contractor Managment)

• Drive the roadmap for contractor-focused initiatives, from unifying payment processes to building bulk payment capabilities.
• Conduct high-quality research to inform case development and product decisions, ensuring clarity on objectives and accountability for outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, legal, and customer-facing teams, to deliver tangible value and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Plans and aligns - breaks down objectives into appropriate initiatives and actions; stages activities with relevant milestones and schedules
• Customer focus - builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions
• Teamwork and communication - putting our collective best together through documentation, collaboration, relationship-building, listening, empathy, recruiting, and evangelism
• Business insight - applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization’s goals
• Nimble learning - actively learning through experimentation when tackling new problems, using both successes and failures as learning fodder
• Experience building products in a highly regulated domain (e.g. fintech or healthcare) is a plus
• Experience leading complex, cross-team initiatives from ideation to execution
• A comprehensive understanding of the craft of Product Management and demonstrated success mastering the PDLC
• Experience at high-growth companies is preferred, in a founder or GM capacity is a plus
• Experience building new products (0 to 1) as well as a track record of shipping continuous product improvements to an existing product portfolio at-scale
• Deep user empathy and a high bar for user experience
• You’ve led technical products and/or have a background in computer science (or similar)
• Strong communication skills for effectively conveying product-related matters, including changes in scope or strategic direction
• Strong problem-solving skills, capable of breaking down complex problems for team execution against business needs
• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in a modern technology business
