Country Lead Belgium

Join Roundtable, a fast-growing fintech startup, as the Country Lead for Belgium. In this role, you will be responsible for building and structuring Roundtable's presence in the Belgian market, developing partnerships, and driving revenue generation. You will work closely with various teams and have the opportunity to shape the company's expansion in Europe.

• Développer et exécuter la stratégie de mise sur le marché pour la Belgique, en s'appuyant sur les enseignements tirés de l'expansion réussie en France et en Allemagne.
• Construire proactivement le pipeline belge, en recherchant et en engageant des sociétés de capital-risque, des syndicats d'anges, des fondateurs et des professionnels de l'investissement.
• Structurer et développer l'écosystème local, en établissant des partenariats avec des cabinets d'avocats, des incubateurs, des communautés de startups et des acteurs clés du marché.
• **Experience:** You have **6+ years in high-performance environments** (venture capital, fintech, private markets or high-growth startups) with a proven ability to close complex B2B or investment transactions.
• **Language:** You are fluent in French and English. **Dutch is a strong plus** to engage effectively across the Belgian venture ecosystem.
• **Market builder:** You are comfortable opening new markets, building pipeline from scratch and developing strong outbound momentum.
• **Ecosystem credibility & local understanding: :** You are comfortable engaging VC partners, founders, angel investors and legal advisors, and have a strong understanding of the Belgian startup and investment ecosystem.
• **Entrepreneurial mindset:** You thrive in fast-paced environments, take ownership beyond your scope and actively contribute to building new markets.
• **Rigor & discretion:** You combine strong client commitment with exceptional attention to detail when handling confidential, high-stakes investment processes.
