Operations Associate (Luxembourg) - M/F

Join Roundtable, a fast-growing startup in the investment operations sector. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in client relations and operations administration. You will assist and guide clients throughout the entire process, handle the full operational lifecycle, and continuously improve internal processes. This is a dynamic, high-impact role where you will interact directly with top-tier European founders and investors.

• Assister et guider les clients tout au long du processus, en répondant à leurs questions et en résolvant les problèmes complexes.
• Gérer le cycle opérationnel complet, y compris l'incorporation légale des véhicules d'investissement et la coordination avec les partenaires.
• Améliorer continuellement les processus internes et relever les défis liés aux délais rapides et aux attentes élevées.
• **Education:** Master’s degree in Business or equivalent (Finance/Operations major is a plus)
• **Experience:** 2-3 years of experience, with a proven track record in operations or client-facing roles, ideally in fintech, legal tech, or VC.
• **Languages:** Fluent in French and English
