Senior Account Executive - Venture Capital (Belgium)

Join Roundtable, a fast-growing fintech startup, as a Senior Account Executive - Venture Capital. In this role, you will drive the company's commercial expansion in Belgium, engage with venture capital firms and investment professionals, and contribute to building Roundtable's presence in the Benelux market. You will have the opportunity to operate at the heart of the venture and private markets ecosystem, drive complex investment transactions, and help establish Roundtable as a new standard for private market infrastructure.

• Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vente d'investissement en Belgique, en mettant l'accent sur l'acquisition de nouveaux clients.
• Développer et entretenir un pipeline solide en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités et en établissant des relations avec les acteurs locaux.
• Assurer la conversion et l'exécution sans faille des transactions en direct, en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes juridiques et opérationnelles.
• **Experience:** You have **4+ years of experience in high-performance commercial environments** (fintech, SaaS, private markets, venture ecosystem or high-growth startups) with a proven ability to close complex B2B deals.
• **Strong commercial drive:** You are comfortable building pipeline from scratch, running outbound efforts and managing long sales cycles with senior stakeholders.
• **Interest in venture & private markets:** You are genuinely curious about the venture ecosystem and excited by the opportunity to work with VCs, founders, syndicates and investment professionals - even if you did not spend your entire career in this space.
• **Execution mindset:** You combine strong sales discipline with a hands-on attitude. You enjoy moving quickly, experimenting and continuously improving how things get done.
• **Entrepreneurial mindset:** You thrive in fast-paced environments, take ownership beyond your scope and actively contribute to building something from the ground up.
• **Rigor & discretion:** You combine strong client commitment with exceptional attention to detail when handling confidential, high-stakes investment processes.
• **Language:** You are fluent in French and English. **Dutch is a strong plus** to engage effectively across the Belgian ecosystem.
