About The Role

Join Nexla, a leading enterprise software company focused on AI-native, conversational, and agent-driven solutions. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in translating strategic product direction into coordinated execution, collaborating closely with engineering, customer teams, and leadership. You will drive product discovery, prototype workflows, and ensure alignment across functions as the platform evolves rapidly. This role requires strong technical fluency, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

  • Researching customer problems and market opportunities, synthesizing customer and product signals, and prototyping workflows and product experiences.
  • Collaborating closely with Engineering Managers and technical leaders to align priorities and improve execution, and coordinating product releases across engineering, GTM, support, marketing, and Developer Relations.
  • Driving product discovery through customer conversations, market research, experimentation, and rapid validation, and synthesizing customer, market, and product signals into actionable product insights.
  • We are looking for a technical, customer-first product leader with a strong operational mindset and a founder-like mentality for ownership, urgency, and problem solving
  • Strong technical fluency experience operating in product environments involving APIs, integrations, distributed systems, data infrastructure, developer platforms, or AI/LLM systems
  • Experience with AI-native workflows, conversational interfaces, agents, MCP ecosystems, or developer-focused products is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with high ownership
  • Ability to engage deeply with engineers and participate meaningfully in technical product discussions
  • 4 - 8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Technical Program Management, Solutions Engineering, or related technical SaaS roles
  • Strong customer empathy and a track record of turning customer problems into product improvements
  • Both strategic and hands-on, comfortable coordinating across teams while also prototyping ideas, exploring workflows, researching problems, and accelerating product learning cycles directly
  • Strong prioritization skills and a bias toward action
  • Experience in data infrastructure, integrations, APIs, AI platforms, or developer tooling
  • Experience working closely with enterprise customers and technical stakeholders
  • Experience operating in fast-moving startup or platform environments
  • Familiarity with ETL/ELT, streaming systems, APIs, or distributed architectures
  • Strong understanding of developer experience and enterprise workflow design
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional technical teams
  • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys technical products, communicates exceptionally well, and understands how modern AI-native product organizations operate
