About The Role

Join Radar as the Head of Engineering, a senior technical leadership role focused on driving delivery excellence, engineering quality, and modern ways of working across all delivery teams. This hands-on role requires strong technical capability and the ability to influence design, architecture, and engineering practices. You will lead all Tech Leads, establish engineering standards, drive high-quality delivery outcomes, and act as a senior technical authority across backend, frontend, and architecture.

Lead and manage all Tech Leads across Radar delivery teams, establishing clear engineering standards and driving predictable, high-quality delivery outcomes.
Act as a senior technical authority across backend, frontend, and architecture, leading design reviews, architecture critiques, and technical decision-making.
Drive the transformation of engineering ways of working across CI/CD, testing, release processes, and observability, and promote the adoption of AI-first approaches to software development.
Modern SDLC practices
Experience with .NET, React, SQL Server (or similar)
Strong hands-on web stack experience
Cloud native architecture (ideally Azure)
Experience leading Tech Leads
Experience integrating acquired teams
Experience working with delivery partners
