Engineering Manager

Join Quantexa, a leading provider of Contextual Decision Intelligence solutions. As an Engineering Manager, you will work closely with our Research and Development department and Engineering teams to build and improve our core product, the Quantexa Platform. You will support and mentor engineers at all levels, contribute to architectural and technical discussions, and collaborate with product managers to plan upcoming work. You will also have the opportunity to identify opportunities for process improvement and support the day-to-day operational activities of the department.

• Collaborer avec plusieurs équipes d'ingénierie pour soutenir la livraison de nouveaux composants et fonctionnalités pour la plateforme Quantexa, tout en maintenant un fort accent sur la qualité.
• Encourager l'utilisation réfléchie de l'IA pour soutenir l'efficacité de l'ingénierie et le développement de produits, en aidant les équipes à adopter des outils et des pratiques tout au long du cycle de vie du développement logiciel.
• Identifier les opportunités d'améliorer les processus, les modes de travail et la collaboration au sein du département, en mettant l'accent sur la qualité, la durabilité et l'échelle.
• Have experience delivering software across the full engineering lifecycle, from design and implementation through to testing and deployment in a live SaaS environment
• Care about designing and delivering well‑engineered, high‑quality solutions to complex problems
• Bring strong planning and delivery skills, with a good understanding of Agile processes and experience working across multiple teams
• Have a background in software development and architecture, including experience with web applications and/or data‑intensive systems
• Enjoy identifying and supporting organisational changes that help Engineering teams work more effectively and deliver value
• Are enthusiastic about developing others, with experience across people management practices
• Infrastructure‑as‑Code, containerisation, Kubernetes and CI/CD
• Automated testing, including functional, integration, performance and user acceptance testing
• Functional programming using Scala or Java, and/or modern front‑end frameworks such as Angular (2+)
• Software delivered both on‑premise and as a service
