About The Role
Join our team as the Regional People Lead for North America. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing People Operations across the region, ensuring consistent and efficient delivery of employee lifecycle processes. You will manage regional People Operations activities, drive operational excellence, and support continuous improvement across People Operations processes. This is a key leadership position that requires strong analytical skills, experience in People Operations, and the ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships.
- Lead and optimize People Operations across North America, ensuring efficient delivery of employee lifecycle processes.
- Manage regional People Operations activities, including policy and handbook management, employment documentation, and reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across People Operations processes and systems, identifying opportunities to automate manual tasks.
- Advanced Employee Relations knowledge and operational judgement
- Strong understanding of compensation operations, performance cycles, and HR systems
- Strong analytical capability with experience producing People data and reporting
- Advanced knowledge of People Operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration
- Strong experience drafting policies, handbooks, contracts, and People documentation
- Ensures consistent adherence to documented processes, quality standards, and operational controls
- Proactively identifies operational improvements and implements scalable solutions
- Consistently delivers high-quality work with accuracy, pace, and attention to detail
- Trusted to independently manage critical People Operations deliverables and regional projects
- Supports a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and process excellence across People Operations
- Builds strong cross-functional partnerships and drives alignment across teams
- Confident presenting People data and operational recommendations to senior leadership
- Leads by example and contributes positively to team culture and collaboration
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience supporting Total rewards operations
- Strong experience drafting and maintaining HR policies, handbooks, and employment documentation
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting North American employment processes and compliance requirements
- Strong HRIS, reporting, and process improvement experience
- Significant experience in People/HR Operations within a fast-paced environment
