About The Role

Join Braze, a leading customer engagement platform, as an Applications and Integrations Lead. In this senior technical role, you will own the architecture, governance, strategic roadmap, and support of our GTM, CX, and platform technology ecosystem. You will lead our newly formed Applications & Integrations team and establish the operational frameworks necessary for keeping our systems stable, secure, compliant, and audit-ready.

Establish and execute the governance framework and Application Lifecycle for the Salesforce ecosystem and GTM/CX applications, maintaining compliance with SOX and ITGC standards.
Own the project lifecycle for all net-new integrations, designing, developing, and deploying system integrations using consistent, scalable patterns.
Collaborate with the team’s Support Specialists to provide hands-on escalation management across the Salesforce environment and related GTM/CX applications, ensuring prompt triage and resolution of user issues.
