AV Associate

Join Braze, a leading customer engagement platform, as an AV Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day setup, operation, and maintenance of audiovisual equipment, providing essential technical assistance for meetings, presentations, and corporate events. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their AV needs and requirements, manage AV-related tickets and the AV calendar, and stay at the forefront of AV technology advancements. This is an in-office position with discretionary work from home by the manager.

• Provide technical support to the organization for AV infrastructure-related issues, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Conference Rooms and event space systems.
• Set up, test, and operate AV equipment for meetings, conferences, presentations, and events, and assist in the creation and reviewing of maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their AV needs and requirements for events and meetings, and assist with developing system schematics, drawings, and documentation.
