About The Role

Join Braze, a leading customer engagement platform, as a CPaaS FinOps Lead. In this role, you will manage vendor contracts, analyze pricing and cost data, and support pricing input for client RFPs. You will work closely with key stakeholders across various departments to ensure profitability and competitiveness. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in CPaaS messaging, and the ability to drive tasks independently.

Ownership of vendor contracts and relationships with SMS/MMS, RCS, Email, and WhatsApp vendors.
Analyze and maintain pricing and cost data sheets, and produce up-to-date cost sheets based on changing prices.
Support pricing input to Client RFPs and customer bespoke pricing requests, and generate cost and product price-related reporting data.
