Deal Execution Analyst

Join Braze, a leading customer engagement platform, as a Deal Execution Analyst. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to the Sales Team, assist with complex orders, manage Salesforce for data integrity, support the contract signature process, and partner with cross-functional departments. You should have 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Operations/Deal Desk role, proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, and experience with CRM systems like <Salesforce.com>. Bonus points for prior experience in a B2B SaaS business and Salesforce Admin experience.

• Act as a trusted advisor to the Sales Team and subject matter expert on all Deal Desk processes, best practices, and systems.
• Assist the Sales Team in building non-standard or complex orders and with administrative tasks including managing Salesforce for data integrity.
• Partner with cross-functional departments to learn business needs and help facilitate the deal process, including structuring deals/contracts, approvals, and order management.
