Engineering Manager, Email

Join Braze, a leading customer engagement platform, as an Engineering Manager for the Email team. In this role, you will lead the development and maintenance of the core infrastructure that delivers billions of personalized emails each month. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams, recruit and develop engineers, and guide key architectural decisions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role, and a strong ability to communicate effectively and make tough decisions.

• Lead the Email team in building and maintaining the core infrastructure for delivering personalized emails at scale.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to develop new features and scale the email channel.
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members, guiding key architectural decisions and solving major engineering challenges.
