IT Associate

Join Braze, a leading customer engagement platform, as an IT Associate. In this role, you will provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage conference room equipment, and support account provisioning and de-provisioning. You will also write knowledge base articles, manage IT hardware and software procurement, and troubleshoot basic network connectivity. This position requires 3-5 years of technical support experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot Apple computers and mobile devices.

• Provide IT technical support to employees in-person and remotely, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support Mac endpoint deployment.
• Manage account provisioning and de-provisioning via Okta and Google Workspace, support new employee onboarding sessions, and write knowledge base how-to articles.
• Manage the procurement of IT hardware and software, conduct audits of conference room equipment, and maintain an inventory of IT assets.
