Join Braze, a leading customer engagement platform, as the Lead People Business Partner for the Revenue organization in AMER. In this strategic role, you will provide HR support to senior revenue leaders, coordinate the work of People Business Partners, and drive talent planning and organizational design. You will have a significant impact on the company's growth and success.

Serve as the primary strategic HR partner to the most senior Revenue leaders in AMER providing both strategic counsel and hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle.
Coordinate and align the work of AMER People Business Partners supporting the Revenue org - providing day-to-day guidance, ensuring priority alignment, and elevating consistency of HR support across the region.
Lead talent planning for the Revenue organization, including top talent identification, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning, in close partnership with senior leaders.
