Manager, Services Consulting

Join Braze, a leading customer engagement platform, as a Manager on our Services Consulting team. In this role, you will coach and mentor a team of global consultants, collaborate with sales teams, and build subject matter expertise in Braze's service offerings. You will also manage expectations, conduct discovery with prospective customers, and lead the development of sales go-to-market materials. This position requires strong communication skills, effective stakeholder management, and a background in SaaS pre-sales or service delivery.

• Coaching, mentoring, and managing a team of global individual contributors, with a focus on their professional growth and development.
• Collaborating with sales teams to support deal cycles, including RFPs, pitches, and on-site sessions, and ensuring effective consultancy support during pre-sales.
• Building and maintaining subject matter expertise in Braze service offerings to enable effective consultancy support during pre-sales and becoming a point of contact for other internal business teams.
