Manager, Services Consulting

Join Braze, a leading customer engagement platform, as a Manager on our Services Consulting team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients and the sales team, supporting the sales organization during pre-sales and ensuring effective consultancy support. You will coach and mentor a team of global consultants, collaborate with sales teams, and build subject matter expertise in Braze's service offerings. This position requires strong communication skills, effective stakeholder management, and a background in SaaS pre-sales or service delivery.

• Coaching, mentoring, and managing a team of global individual contributors, with a focus on their professional growth and development.
• Collaborating with sales teams to support deal cycles, including RFPs, pitches, and on-site sessions, and ensuring effective consultancy support during pre-sales.
• Building and maintaining subject matter expertise in Braze service offerings to enable effective consultancy support during pre-sales and becoming a point of contact for other internal business teams.
