About The Role

Join Braze, a leading customer engagement platform, as a People Business Partner. In this role, you will provide strategic support to senior leaders, engage in talent planning, and lead company-wide initiatives. You should have 5+ years of HR business partner experience, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and excellent communication skills. The position is based in New York City or Chicago with hybrid flexibility.

Provide a full spectrum of strategic and tactical support to business leaders, including talent planning activities and workforce planning.
Proactively engage with leaders on people strategy, organizational design, and structure, and lead impactful, company-wide initiatives.
Advise employees by taking a consultative approach to help them enhance their working relationships and career goals.
