Recruiter II - Contract Role

Join Braze, a leading customer engagement platform, as a Recruiter II. In this contract role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our Go-to-Market teams, managing the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, and partnering with hiring managers on hiring needs and priorities. You will also monitor the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and mentor fellow recruiting team peers. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience and a strategic and analytical mindset.

• Sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for Go-to-Market teams, with a focus on Post-Sales teams.
• Managing the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance, and partnering with hiring managers on hiring needs.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts, leveraging data analysis and dashboard reporting to improve the recruiting process.
