Recruiter II (Fixed-Term Employee)

Join Braze, a leading customer engagement platform, as a Recruiter II. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our Go-to-Market teams, managing the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, and partnering with hiring managers on hiring needs and priorities. You will also monitor the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and mentor fellow recruiting team peers. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract position based in London.

• Sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for Go-to-Market teams, with a focus on Post-Sales teams.
• Managing the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance, and partnering with hiring managers on hiring needs.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts, leveraging data analysis and dashboard reporting to improve the recruiting process.
