About The Role

Join Braze, a leading customer engagement platform, as a Senior Email Deliverability Consultant. In this role, you will work directly with customers to provide reporting, best practices, and recommendations to improve their email programs. You will also collaborate with various internal teams to develop strategies that enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in deliverability-specific services and a strong understanding of industry best practices.

Provide fundamental deliverability support to customers and internal teams, manage and prioritize incoming tickets for troubleshooting and strategy.
Carry and service a portfolio of assigned customers with a paid Deliverability Services Consulting entitlement, conduct in-depth investigations into email sending practices.
Monitor individual customer email metrics, help improve their sending reputation, and provide long-term strategic deliverability planning for high-touch brands.
