Join Braze, a leading customer engagement platform, as a Senior Lead Field Architect. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end technical strategy of high-stakes deal cycles, ensuring that proposed solutions are technically sound and aligned with the prospect's digital transformation roadmap. You will lead architecture workshops, manage technical stakeholders, conduct strategic gap analysis, and develop best-practice blueprints for common enterprise scenarios.

Lead high-level "Future State" architecture workshops, mapping how Braze interacts with the broader enterprise stack.
Navigate complex technical committees and address concerns from Information Security, Data Governance, and Enterprise Architecture teams.
Identify potential technical blockers early in the sales cycle and design creative, scalable workarounds that do not compromise platform stability.
