Senior Technical Product Manager, Content Platforms (AI Content Operations)

Join Braze, a leading customer engagement platform, as a Senior Technical Product Manager for Content Platforms. In this role, you will own the AI content operations product roadmap, design tools to streamline content creation, and drive adoption among marketing and learning teams. You will work closely with content creators to identify pain points and opportunities for automation. This is a hands-on role that requires coding, prototyping, and collaboration with engineers.

• Sitzing on the Content Platforms team as a senior individual contributor, you will own the AI content operations product roadmap, identifying areas for automation and driving adoption of AI-powered tools.
• Collaborating closely with marketing and learning teams to understand content creation workflows, you will design and ship tools that meaningfully shorten the path from idea to published content.
• Building functional prototypes independently to validate ideas and sharpen requirements before full engineering investment, you will make smart build-vs-buy decisions.
