Team Lead, Email Deliverability

In this role, you will lead a regional team of deliverability experts, provide advanced support to customers, and drive strategic deliverability planning. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and develop your team, interface with customers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Provide advanced deliverability support to customers and internal teams, and service a small portfolio of assigned customers.
• Oversee, nurture, and grow a team of regionally-based deliverability consultants through day-to-day interactions and long-term career development.
• Interface directly with prospects and customers, leveraging email deliverability expertise and leadership skills to help build strong relationships.
