Join Braze, a leading customer engagement platform, as a Team Lead Solutions Consultant in the Financial Services division. In this hands-on player-coach role, you will manage a team of Solutions Consultants, own major deals, and help build the financial services vertical. You will have the opportunity to expand your people management and leadership skills while partnering with various teams within Braze. The position is based in Austin, Texas, and requires travel of up to 50% at peak times.

• Lead and manage a team of Solutions Consultants, providing coaching and guidance to help them succeed in their roles.
• Actively participate in pre-sales activities, including discovery, solution design, demos, and presentations, to drive successful outcomes for major accounts.
• Develop and implement strategies to build Braze's presence in the financial services sector, including creating sales plays, discovery frameworks, and competitive positioning.
