• Lead and manage a team of Solutions Consultants, providing coaching and guidance to help them succeed in their roles.
• Act as the primary Solution Consultant in opportunities, running pre-sales end-to-end on major accounts and building credibility across the full FinServ buying team.
• Develop and implement sales plays, discovery frameworks, and competitive positioning for Braze in the financial services sector, contributing to the growth of the business.
