About The Role

Join IEX, a leading financial exchange, as an FP&A Associate. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Finance and FP&A Manager to develop the annual budget, conduct financial analysis, and present findings to management. You will also have the opportunity to improve financial infrastructure and support the month-end close process.   • Contribuer au développement du budget annuel et des prévisions en collaboration avec les dirigeants des affaires et des départements.
  • Participer au processus de reporting mensuel et aux livrables associés, en collaborant avec les dirigeants des départements pour suivre la performance par rapport aux budgets.

  • Ability to multitask and deliver on competing priorities

  • Biased towards and experienced with automated solutions for manual tasks and processes
  • Must have strong attention to detail, devotion to accuracy and data integrity
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills; analytic creativity and insight
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Tech, fintech, exchange or marketplace experience at a growth-stage company highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including financial modeling, scenario analysis and pivot tables
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to distill complex data into compelling insights
  • Ideally have experience with large data sets, SQL and BI tools such as Tableau or Sigma
  • Proven track record of partnering cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • 2–4 years of financial planning and analysis experience
