Head of Finance

Join Kili Technology as the Head of Finance, where you will play a critical role in driving financial strategy and enabling high-impact decisions across the organization. You will lead strategic financial planning and analysis, serve as a business partner to senior leadership, evaluate and execute M&A and fundraising opportunities, implement cost-saving initiatives, and oversee financial operations and regulatory compliance. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional with an M&A background to shape the financial strategy of a cutting-edge AI company.

• Lead the development of comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses that inform key strategic decisions.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership by translating complex financial data into clear, actionable business insights.
• Play a key role in evaluating and executing mergers, acquisitions, equity fundraising, and debt financing opportunities.

**ABOUT YOU**

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
• A minimum of 4-5 years in FP&A or Controlling, with a proven track record in Transaction Services or M&A. You should be adept at financial modeling, forecasting, and interpreting financial data to have a business impact.
• Your ability to generate actionable insights from financial data will empower strategic decision-making. You thrive in dynamic environments where innovation and continuous improvement are valued.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be comfortable presenting financial insights to senior management and working cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives.
